The same was the case with me too..! Call DHL@ 1800 111 345 and request them to provide the Digital signature of the person who received it. You will get it. It would be Loomis Express for DHL shipping your documents to CIC.. :D

Nice Idea... :) I pulled off from applying to FSW 2014 because I am not sure I can get my ECA in time and send all the documents in time to CIC. I have my IELTS scores already, need to get the reference letters from my current and previous company. That would be the task for me :)

There are many site online for IELTS. Take time to test yourself first and then practise for sometime. You should be able to manage to get qualifying scores in IELTS
