Hi guys, Hope all good and get to know that NDVO is still going slow.. As an update, I have submitted my passport on 31st March for visa stamping in Bangalore vfs. Still It shows that its processing in Visa office New Delhi. Its taking a lot of time to come back! Sorry for the late response...

Yes, Minister's are unapproachable unless there is strong backing... and people who r waiting in India cannot contribute much! Just we could use the online methods - fB, youtube to get their attraction and speed up the process. We need a mass crowd to approach minister's...also funding..

Sorry ECAS i did not check at all! Jst logged into my email and found PPR.. I got sponsorship approval on 2nd Sept, and landing fees request on 16th Sept.

I applied on July 15th. So i waited close to 9 months to get visa request. wHEN i applied. the total processing time was 10-12 months... Now its increased to 16!...so more wait..

It basically takes min 6 -8 months easily to get some update.. Now because of increased time to process, it might go even beyond 8 months...so stop having any short time expectations! i am not demotivating you, but its a fact... keeping high expectations will lead u to trouble!

Relax tintumom...u r a september applicant... a lot of them before you...take patience tilll its ur turn..I know the wait is killing... jst that u got to deviate out of it and ignore...try to be happy...things will happen... But one thing, do not abuse anyone!

Remedical request is tricky...Try to understand the rush at the medical officer/ hospital for the same. If its not much rush and can get an appointment in a day or two then wait for NDVO to request you for remedical. It will jst take a day's effort..

Guys I dunno how to support all who have been waiting for their visa and had applied earlier than me...Feel bad to see the wait and wish all of you to get ur visas soon... I would request you all to try wat I did...Jst ignore/ forget the visa wait, ndvo processing methods and try to be happy...

Guys sort of a miracle happened today... 8) I received an email requesting my passport... :) :) Actually, the email had come yesterday at 4pm. Earlier, I had been into lot of misery as I was badly waiting for it and was checking the ECAS and email all the time. Nothing I gained. Last weekend...

Now u have to wait for a longer time to get your file into 'In process' stage. It is basically when they make things clear and take decision to give you visa. all verifications will happen over that time.
