App sent 16 Sep App received 18 Sep AOR received 17 Nov.

We had ours received on Sep 18, it will take at least 2-3 weeks more for us.

Visa is valid exactly One year from the date of MR received by VO.

To be honest there is no pattern or fix waiting days for PPR, the best option is to wait and stay optimistic.

lol, good one. It seems they might have mis-interpreted.

I too got a similar SMS saying Passport is being processed at Visa Office Bangalore, but when I read the Email as well as the Tracking Status it mentioned Visa Office New Delhi. It seems that there might be a mistake while sending the SMS.

No there is no condition that passport should be valid for one year they only require passport to be valid for at least 6 months at the time of stamping.
