Are we eligible for first draw without Job bank account because as per guidelines by CIC we can make profile after 26 Jan,and till then first draw will be finalized.

I dont thing so ,there is no entry in spreadsheet.

So it means we are out of first draw because till then we will not be in Job bank and no employer can sponsor us.

Site was showing wrong data.Same happened with NOC 2174,NOC 2173 and Now with NOC 2171,Best way to move forward is prepare yourself for Express entry and make your profile Strong.I am not saying this to hurt anyone but to don't waste time if you can do something before EE.

How could this be possible.Are you sure.13/08 august applicant reported yesterday about return of application due to Cap filled.Same has been reported by other one as well 19/08 august applicant. Might be they have charged mistakenly as they did for 2174 august applicant.

Impossible.Reported in Spread sheet Application returned after cap reached for 13/08 applicant.Even no charge after that.
