Hi Stkitts, Yes they do return the whole package. They returned mine 2 weeks ago with a statement that mine and my wife package is complete and in order. However, my child's app is incomplete as I need to attach one more doc. So I include that doc and resent the whole package.

I haven't written my name on the back of photo but I printed my name label and affixed in front of envelope that has my photos. I think that should work but again based on officer's discretion.

I do not know if they were stamped or not because I havent seen the back of photos at all. I just missed to check this requirement otherwise I would have worked with my due diligence. I think they'll return the package within a month if they are not happy.
