ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

"will fight as long as they get the money, forget its right or wrong" I'm not sure where have I asked money, I'm just trying to show what is more important during landing. It is clear now that you still cannot understand that. You have personally insulted me and my profession many time and if...

ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

"you are you a no win no fee type of lawyer" and this comes from a person with user id Alberta Governer. Well FYI I'm not justifying someone folish risky decision, just concluding the cic bullition the way I see. If you can show me where in the cic bulletin it says it is less (or no) risky...

ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

Okay Ell, I’m here not for a quarrel but let’s make few things clear. First (and again it is from cic bulletin not my assumption), it does not make less risky if you land via Alberta, second I am not advocating landing from other province (Read my post cleary). The only point I'm trying to...

ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

I think many of you are missing the main point here. The main thing for any PN nominee is to show the BSO(Border service officer) enough evdience about your intention to reside in the province that nominated you. For AINP nominee having Alberta address or knowing some one at Alberta is more...

ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

Dude, you might not have read my previou post. I know the news about PN (not just AINP) being denied entry and it has nothing to do with where you do your landing. What is important is you should have enough eveidence of you intention to reside in the same province that nominates you. Landing...

Listen pal, the sceneario you wrote is purely your assumption. There is nothing like that you’ll find on cic page or PN page. Now about my friends, one is from Baltimore MD and another from Saltlake UT. The one from UT flew to Baltimore and they both made a drive to Toronto. And yes they...

Two of my friends completed their landing via Niagra bridge last week and they didn't have any problem. The bulletin you are referring does not say landing has to be done through the same province that nominate you. What is says is that you have to show enough evidence to the officer that you...

Hi all, I have some questions. How long does it take to get the Passport request once the Med is done? I completed my Med last week. Also, how can you find when your Med reached Ottawa? My Doctor sent it directly so I don’t have the tracking number. Thanks.

I got my AOR and Med Req on July 17th. However they requested my 3 year old son med but too but most of the criteria for med is 15 years and older. I'm confused. Also, anybody knows a Doctor around Columbus Ohio. FYI, I sent my application on April 2nd. Thanks.

Hi, I'm new to this form. Here is my situation. I got the copy of my Cashier Check from my bank on May 1st. On the back of it has a number B********* with the Canada CIC stamp. I used that number to check the status today but it did not gave me any update. It says the info is not matching...
