I have mailed requesting acknowledgment of change of address to " liaison @ leo . gov" (with out spaces) and got a reply from them the same day. Hence you can use the same.

Did anyone from India get their FBI report? If yes, please give the time taken for the mail to reach approximately (Say 12 weeks plus extra weeks). Called them Last night and i.e 16th Dec and they are processing 12th Sep applications. Thanks!

Azha.afreen, In PER mail, you will be able to find your Universal Client Identifier ("UCI:XXXXXXXX) and using UCI, you can check your ECAS(electronic client application status) at https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas Gud Luck!
