According to your profile you submitted your application in 2011. They might be applying retroactivity to your file, as i understand it was not required to submit certified copies of documents until 2012 or 2013. All documents must be submitted either as certified copies or originals (depending...

I was told by a person who attended a BIQ webinar that in DELF's case the "attestation" is not accepted, only the "diplome" is acceptable in order to claim points. So i think that even though your score is suficient to claim points for speaking, since you failed the whole test you won't be...

I understood it was only the last 5 years bro... are you sure about this? If that is so, she spent 3 years in the company i mentioned in year 1, but she started 7 years ago. Either way is not like we need those points to be elegible, is just that i don't want to leave anything up for grabs in...

How will you ever know where you stand in Express Entry pool???

Shak, 477 is an absolutely great score on it own! Max score is 1200, but 600 of those are dependent of job offer with LMIA or Provincial nomination, so the majority of applicants will have a roof of 600 points. Out of those 600, about 80 are dependent of canadian work experience (another thing...

FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

I believe you should be safe. I guess CIC just focuses on closing next hottest NOC and channels the majority of resources on doing completeness on selected NOCs, while other NOCs progress at much slower pace with minimal resources. But again, only CIC knows for sure! Best of luck!

FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

I think you are going to face two problems under those times. First, probably CIC will not be receiving apps late december due to holidays (not official, just a guess), so your app may end up being delivered in January. That poses a risk if Ministerial instructions cut FSW short. Secondly, your...
