It just means that they have updated their overall ecas system. It is same for all and has nothing to do with your ecas status.

The correspondence that they have mentioned under your ecas must be the passport request sent to you on 15th Oct. Sometimes it does take time to change the online status from In process to Decision made. Relax, and wait for your passport for the shiny visa. :)

Once your file reaches New Delhi visa office, your wife will get an email (AOR2 - Acknowledgement of receipt) which will have her UCI no. You have to use this UCI no. and your wife's last name, DOB to access her ecas. It will also show under your ecas once the file reaches New Delhi.
