Hello Friends, I am August month applicant and Got my PER in December.. Now my question is that When will be my background verification start?? After AOR(Second line update) or from the date of PER?? Thanks.

Thank you very much... Why I worried about it... because final decision is made by NDVO... My first preference is Canada...If this new job create any hurdle in my visa process than I don't want it... but in alternate option it will be my backup if something go wrong....
