Yes. You can very well apply under multiple noc codes as long as they are valid. I have applied under two different codes Noc A and other in noc B. I got ppr without any problems

Is there any mention abt medicals received in gcms notes. I seriously doubt, the medical results didn't reach cic or it was not evaluated. Just follow up on both sides. Doctor and cic. If possible get the proof of med submission and date. You need to provide, the doctor name and address, med...

Dont worry. I guess, you would be through, unless you failed security clearance. May be your VO is fast and updated ecas fast or are you visa-exempt? You will receive your PPR soon

I was almost in same situation till two weeks back. I did meds on 8th sep. but posted received only on Oct 16th. I have emailed 3 times. And on third time to my email marked "urgent" CIC responded as Meds received. Hope this helps.

I think it depends on vo. But ideally should become Decision made. You need to land in order to work.
