Hi everyone, my brother is applied this monday, June 26th, with CRS 445 points in the calculator, he didn't select all provinces in upon submitting. Will he still be invited by directly by Federal government or will need nomination from the provinces he selected?

Log in to your ecas status and change the address. Anyway you don't need to change it, once you land you can give them the address to which they should mail the PR card.

I received PR card today. But all family members have third name not same as in passport, it is shotened, it looks weired with half names. If there is limited number of letters then initial letter should be mentioned instead of writing half name. (Example, John can be written J. instead of Joh!

Hi perukulla, how many days it took for you to receive your PR card?

It is too early to worry even after a week or two, may you should worry after 60-70 days. I landed on 21/9/2015 and I expect to receive the PR end of November or early December. Anything before that is considered fast.

Gents, I am practicing filling PR card application form. I need clarification for the following: Do I have to fill-in Section C, personal history section question 19, 20 and 21. And section D Residency Obligations? It seems that these sections are intended for those renewing their PR cards...

There shouldn't be a problem with that and you don't have to notify NDVO, you as a primary applicant must land before your dependents, or you can land with them, but they can not land before you. You have to show proof of funds for the whole family, then they can follow you in April 2015.
