Hi I am a EE applicant and have stayed in Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi in the last 10 years. When I applied for PCC in Passport Seva Kendra, they asked me for Present Address (Chennai) and Permanent Address (Delh). Will a PCC issued be valid for CIC since it doesn't contain clearance for Bangalore?

But australia's fund requirements (for State Sponsorship) and visa fees is very high compared to Canada. Their system is more mature and timelines are faster. I guess Canada will improve too over time. EE is much better than First come first served.

You don't need ECA for Canadian diploma. Was your bachelor degree completed after the diploma? If so, you need to decline the ITA and fill up the right ECA details this time and wait for next draw

Do you have any canadian education? if not decline your ITA and then update the ECA based on the reference number given by WES. And then wait for next draw

In Feb there were three draws so I guess everyone is hopeful

Just to add, only percentage representation is not import. The distribution has to match too , for getting accurate predictions

For Employment , are these records enough 1) Offer Letter, 2) Relieving Letter 3) Experience (Roles and Responsibilities) 4) Pay stubs (is this needed?) And are scanned copies enough to be submitted ?

Your estimation is based on the assumption that the distribution of scores in the spreadsheet and those who applied for EOI is approximately same. This is most likely not true..
