    I'm row 63 in the spreadsheet, application received September 17. Got the RPRF erroneously a few weeks back (and paid immediately, before the follow-up email saying it was an error). Received the PCC request today. FBI minimum processing time is ninety days, so going to submit fingerprints...

    I was finally able to get TD to confirm that my certified cheque was encashed on December 5. Hopefully there'll be an AOR in my email any day now... :)
