Hi Congratz on yur PPR. How did u contact CPC Ottawa??? I completed my 6 months today. and same as urs BG still not started and no updates after sch 4 n 4a request. I am panicking now.

what i am not understanding is, why do we need to raise CSE with VO in express entry. just raise a CSE with CIC. no need to worry about VO untill n unless cic asks u to correspond with ur VO for any particular reason or VO coresponds with u regarding ur application. pls correct if I am wrong here.
