If you haven't submitted the application, you can edit the name(s) and add a LOE while submitting the application. I had the same issue, during profile creation didn't enter the names correctly, and changed it once I got the ITA.

When you initially apply you need PCC for India for yourself and spouse (the one you get through BLS). During processing of your application CIC may ask you for Canada PCC, if CIC requests Police Clearance for Canada you will need to go to any RCMP authorized centers to get it done. Don't worry...
