hi Panos. Send just a printed copy. We sent it by courier express and in 2 days was there. We also sent prepaid envelope for return. It came back two days after.

Your partner, lease holder, should write a letter to landlord asking to add you as an occupant. With the letter, include copy of two pieces of ID and admin fee ( if any) to obtain new lease. We charge $ 50 for new lease. The terms of lease will stay the same but will show you as an occupant.

We took screenshots, transferred them to computer as pictures and printed out. 2-3 messages per page. If it didn't show date, we just wrote the month/year at the top of the page. It worked well for us.

Thank you both! Still can't believe our luck! My partner applied for visitor visa extension on October 8 and still waiting to hear from them. He mailed it to buy some time while waiting for PR. Next week he will go to US to land. Will anyone question his status? Does he really need to enter US ?
