check with your airline....if they are ok then it should be not be a problem otherwise you need to get your dates preponed.

As per CIC , you need to inform them of any change in family composition. Did you mention this to the doctor while MR?? This could be treated as withholding information on purpose if caught. Why do you want to jeopardize once in a lifetime opportunity...write to VO and seek their advise.

Get in touch with VO...RPRF mail is sent along with MR mail. I went thru the same problem. i waited for 18 days after MR mail to raise a CSE. VO replied that they had sent the RPRF mail on the same day of MR mail. i guess it lost in spam or something. Check your SPAM/TRASH and raise CSE accordingly.
