Yay! Almost same timeline natin. Sept. 11 here, no MR yet. Looks like NOC 3012 August applicants pa lang ang currently being processed by MVO. Sana next na tayo SOON!

September applicant here too and no MR yet. I'm thinking of whether I have to send a query to CEM already. I have to know the update as I need to prepare for my application for Masteral degree this coming August. Insights please.

NOC 3012 here. My app was received by CIO on Sept. 11, 2014. There is another forum for NOC 3012, you might want to check the posts of our fellow forum mates there.

I have a query. Does the local VO base the issuance of MR by the date the application was received by CIO or when PER was issued? As I have observed, those who already received their MR were the ones who got PER by October and their app was received by CIO last June or July. Insights please.
