Hi my mom is here in canada with me and her stay is expiring on Apr 19, 2020 but her Supervisa is expiring in 2021 Apr. Kindly i need your help in applying for Extension of stay. Should i mention in her application that she has her PR Application in process? it won't hurt her application ??

TBH in all my PR applications..my pr...my wife pr application..i hav noticed one thing that it really helps processing faster. even in my pr application i ordered pr application and suddenly i had progresss in my visa application(either next stage started or visa officer sent communication...

usually after DM comes passport request....i am also stuck in this phase waiting for the Passport request. Lets hope it comes soon!

that will be fun u know...she will land in Canada if she got the visa already with that copr....now once she lands in Canada border authorities will tell her she wont be granted pr since she has gotten divorce and she will be deported with next flight...
