    need quick answer - docs not returned for FSW cap filled up

    I had applied for PR under FSW 3 months ago. But the NOC cap was filled up as soon as my doc got received by CIC. Will I get my documents returned? will there be any doc number generated for the same? will I have to mention anywhere if I apply under EE? Thanks in advance.
