Just an update to say i received my COPR in the post today! I know I've said this in another post but just want to let you's know and give you hope! They received my application 9th June in Mississauga and its only took nearly 4 months to complete instead of 11! I hope yours go as fast! :D

When my husband moved from Ontario to Manitoba, he had to wait 3 months before he could get it. Have you tried the government website to see if it is mentioned on there? Worth a shot :)

If your divorcing your husband and he's your sponsor then you'll have to contact the CIC and tell them. Your application will be declined if you carry on with the process and they find out you are divorced. Thats of my knowledge anyway, you'll have to check the CIC website just to be sure

I received exactly the same, they contacted me asking for a few documents to finalise and issue my visa such as a copy of my passport and 2 visa photos of myself. I sent those off and now from what I can gather, I'm just waiting for my copr in the post They should be in contact with you shortly :)

That's even better! I have no idea when it will be delivered so im glad they'll leave a note to pick it up from the post office

Thanks guys! i cant believe how quick its been processed, i thought it would take the whole 11 months and didnt expect to move until next summer! I was just to about to ask the same question! I'd presume the postman would leave a note saying to pick it up at the royal mail warehouse?
