PCC can be done at any stage. I had done my PCC after submitting my application itself. Just an appointment with PSK(passport Seva Kendra). It will 2-3 hours for whole process which is very easy. THen within 30 days you will get notification that PCC is ready and you have to go to PSK again...

I received PER on 10th Sept 2014, and MR on 14th Nov 2014. Application reached CIC on 16th May 2014. Whether they verified with my employer or not it is not known :(....

They asked all together.. We have to do the medicals and pay the RPRF with PCC. Then send this it to New Delhi. I have got all this in a single mail..
