It also depends on how many degree, you are asking to evaluate. Generally for one degree it takes less time and for 2 degree it take 8-10weeks.

YES they send, as said by Ashish earlier and once you get true copy confirmation then you can upload your statement in application for E document submission. Hope it helps ... I am also just filing my application with same process. Thanks
