For those who already had their ceremonies in Montreal, are they picky about the number of guests? They're asking to keep the number of guests at 2 but I might have 3. My ceremony will take place at La Plaza 420 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest.

Why does IRCC not allow you to stay in the queue when you call them? They just say all of the reps are busy and hang up! What the hell!!

Lol yeah never believe them. The guy told me 3-4 months until the ceremony... Technically, my case is still within his estimate so let's see... although it's starting to get tight for me...

Thanks for your reply. Yes I thought about that. For now, I'm just waiting because I got hope this morning when I saw two new entries for ceremonies on June 1 and 4, which means I might still be able to have the ceremony on time (if they schedule more ceremonies in the weeks of June 4 and 11)...

When I took my test, a lot of the applicants were still getting their letter around 1 month after the DM. So I was hoping for the same. Now, it's been more than 2 months since my DM, and still waiting... And given that some of the ceremonies scheduled jumped to June 19, I'm not even sure that...

Hi Clyde, Many people are getting their oath letter around 2 months (sometimes more) after the DM. So yeah you're still good. I had my test on Feb 21 and still waiting ;)
