You can update the spreadsheet with the edit link that you would have received when you created the entry. If you have not saved the edit link, create a new entry and ask the admin to delete the old entry.

Guess, it is open to interpretation and hence would depend on the discretion of the Visa Officer. I have applied in the same NOC and work for a Corporation. Second line not updated yet, though I am 2nd July applicant with PER on 29th October. Fingers crossed :(
