Processing time can take up to 17 months for Ottawa applicants. That has been for 80% of the case from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014. You can't force them to process your application fast. If they want to process it on the 16th month - they can.

They are processing all applicants.

Yea, how do you know when they received your medicals? Is there a date on ECAS?
