I just got off the phone with CBSA officer and as per them there should be no issues landing at Winnipeg Airport as their are Immigration Officers at Winnipeg Airport who should be able to validate PR landing...They did mentioned for SIN number you would have to go to Service Canada but landing...

Ok..in my case they only send 4 pages so that’s odd..however on vfs website it says it may be required or may not be required

When the line appears once as that they started processing on this date

Yes they do send email about file transfer

hello can you share if the appendix B came along with the email that you got as i did not received any appendix B with PPR email. not sure if this is required for everyone
