U can apply for visa the 1st point of rejection i think was that u didnt mentioned them clearly about ur study plan as in d middle of ur study .u applied for visa. so u can make a good SOP now covering that why u selected that course nd what are d opportunities after that course for u in india...

You can Surely apply if ur start date is 2nd feb and the term start date should be mentioned on Offer Letter.If its mentioned on offer than its good otherwise u can attach a print of d email on which ur university or college mentioned start date. You still have time to apply for visa and apply...

Their is no problem. You can apply after 1 december. and if ur profile is strong u will surely get visa. My freind also applied on 18 august for september intake and he got his visa on 26 august under spp.

But under application status it is showing "Open" and under final decision it showing "not started"

you should apply for caips notes bro and the rejection reason in caips would help to make u strong sop.

You can apply anytime as they dont reject applications for late applying.my freind whose class starting date was 2 September 2014 applied his visa on 18 august and on 26 august he got approval letter.so dont hesitate if ur profile is strong u will surely get visa.

Make strong sop and cover all the rejection points in starting of the sop.that all..

I was also rejected under spp first time then i re applied on 21 november online and got email from them to send my passport on 25 november. you will get ur visa dude..goodluck

wait for ur college receipt.dont apply with bank wire receipt. and mail ur college for giving fee receipt immediately. in email u write that u r getting late for applying visa and if possiblwle try to call ur college.

The previous rejection was based on their misconception.they took my Bachelors degree in animation and diploma in animation as a part time course. I made a Sop covering rejection reasons.thats all.
