Your days outside Canada doesn't need to be count, before or after become PR. You have to take into account the 4 years before the day you will submit your application, then: before PR: 1 day in Canada, count as half a day after PR: 1 day in Canada, count as 1 day before or after: 1 day...

All original documents for the photocopies that you sent with the application. Photocopies of all pages of your passports. That's is the minimum.
