This is what an immigration lawyer advised me. Also my PR skilled worker application was processed faster once I came to Canada on a work permit. But yes, I will definitely order GCSM notes on behalf of my sister and keep you guys updated :D

My sister is still waiting for her MR. I think it takes longer if you are residing outside Canada. Applicants in Canada are likely higher priority and therefore process faster. Hopefully we hear something soon!

My sister was going to order GSCM notes regarding the status of her application as she still hasn't received her MR. However due to the fact she is residing outside Canada I dont think she can order GSCM notes. As a permanent resident of Canada, can I order it on her behalf?
