Is there practice material for L and R, that helps with getting 8 or above ? Listening tests I'v practiced with, give me top score. But IELTS test is a different animal.

How did you manage 8 or above in L and R ?

There are no marks. There's equivalency check between your docs and how they measure up with Canadian Education system. A good way to keep tabs on what's going on, is to call them, and ask them which date apps/docs they are processing.

With the above info, if I apply for OO PNP, at this point in time, and they refuse my application .. which has a good of happening .. do they reimburse the fee I paid with the application ? Does it go to waste ?

You have enough points to apply for Ontario PNP. That's a good place to start, for immigrating to Canada.

@ raheel10175: You don't need to send secondary (SSC), higher secondary (HSC) docs to CES. CES doesn't want your matric/inter certificates. CES only wants your post-secondary docs (i.e., meaning only degrees/transcripts of bachelors and beyond)
