Hi! Did you have to fill out the application forms and all the required documents ? Also,anything additional to convey emergency? Did you go to the visa application center or directly to the consulate/embassy? Sorry for so many questions! My PR card was stolen :(

[b][blue] for India, fingerprint scanning is done by the Passport office before issuing you the PCC. The then issue PCC which is a statement but doesn't include fingerprint scans.
