Weird. ECAS says decision made. When click on it, nothing says in detail. Nothing in GCkey. Still BGIP. I guess it will take some time to update!

Yes you can apply for your brother in law as principal applicant. Your sister can come as dependant on his application. And you sisters education or work expiriance would not be matter. But make sure you don't hide anyinfor for your sister. Be honest. You'll be ok. Cheers!!!

No idea. She didn't get en email yet. Just her mycic updated on june 6th the they requested medical. I think it look like an error beuz its too early to get medical. Thats why wanted too know if thier is any other applicant here had a same issue.

If you do not have a connection to manitoba, you're not qualified to apply for PNP.

According to my knowledge if you're working in NOC O,A or B for full time then ur spouse is eligible for dipendent work permit if you get married. To stay here you have to apply for status restoration n mean while apply for a work permit. I am not to sure about this 90 days restoration so wait...
