I am on the exact journey as you except my application received in December 2013. Pre-test RQ May 2014, Test August 2014, Moved to St clair September 2014, forwarded to Montreal June 2015, ECAS Decision made early July 2015. Still waiting for Oat... hoping to receive it this week

Wow! So frustrating... You guys are crossing 7~8 months wait time since application received. It's absolutely unbearable :P

Possibly IMO but not 100% sure. I noticed this trend started since Mid Feb / Early March… some got “an officer has been assigned to your case” others got “preliminary review of the RQ is complete, referred to another officer for second review/decision” …etc. with no definite conclusion. Could be...
