    we got an email from New delhi visa office requesting passport submission either through VFS in India or to CPP- Ottawa if my parents will be in Canada at least for the next 3 months

    As long as your sister can prove that she has a govt. job, NOC certificate from the govt., proof of enough funds, any property in her name.... i think she will get the Visa. Just my opinion

    Very happy to let everyone know that we received PPR yesterday by email from new delhi visa office. They started processing on June 18 & ppr request on 26.

    Hello all, My ecas just changed to "In Process" from "Application Received" Under PR column. They started processing the application on June 18th 2015 and medical results have been received. Jeleni can you please update the spreadsheet. Thanks

    Yes, you need to get RCMP clearance. It usually takes less than 2 weeks to get the cleatance. Hope this helps

    Hi Notley, Thank you very much for your help. My parents did their medicals in Canada. My assumption is if your LVO is Ottawa, then you submit the passports locally. Since it is processed in Delhi, i am not sure how it works. Jelani & soonihope, any suggestions please. Thanks
