I am from Vancouver as well. got request for my passport along with the test invite. But nothing after that.

My file is in Vancouver office. I see folks from Vancouver office getting dates for Oath Ceremony and they are March 2020 applicants as well. I am excited for everyone but getting anxious on when I'l get mine :)

I got my DM on 23rd September but still no update on the Oath ceremony :(

Application received Mar 6. I received AOR today

As soon you get ITA, CRS stops changing. but then in case you decline the ITA, the score gets updated.
