Yes the quota of 500 is filled up on January 2, 2015 itself, on the day when it was opened.. You may have a chance to apply for 'SINP with job offer' if you have an employer who can arrange a job..

This faster processing times is surely an added advantage for the immigrants applying now as it was ages to wait for receiving a file no. in the past.. Hope the ones who got an MPNP- LAA will surely post about their nomination approvals soon ncluding u znarfier.. All the best every one..
