Hi, My ADR status is : the documents provided have been uploaded. This status is sincle last 20 days. And i am stressed out, if this is normal. Kindly help.

i had sent the additional document in mid june, the status has changed yesterday . and the document was some representative form , that they had asked for....i didnot even use any representative. i m confused.

and also, i didnot understand how to fill this IMM5475 form. to whom should i designate the authority to release information? does it mean that i just print the form, sign it and send, the form is asking about designating an individual.
