Dears!, Has anyone provided the same address for correspondence and residence in his application and his E-cas page showed any change regarding adding the 2 fields on the page ? Many have reported that the residence address has been added next to the mailing address in case of providing...

I've tried all the familiar browsers firefox, chrome , IE and safari . It was ok once before when I tried to contact the CIO (not the visa office) via cse then all of my trials I faced the same problem.

Thanks for your reply. You have been always such a helpful person. I knew that my application was transferred to Cairo Visa Office whose email addresses , unfortunately, are either not working or dedicated only for general enquiries. Its CSE doesn't work too. Thanks
