We had SXB in the subject line when they requested our police record (in error). But we were only 8 months start to finish, so SXB is not necessarily a bad sign! ☺

Congratulations! Are you sue the 9 years isn't a mistake? Our medical date was December and we still have 9 years on passport, but they gave us a random date in July 2016 as our deadline. I've never seen anyone get more than a year! Seems a bit crazy, but just another LVO mystery I assume.
