I am still waiting - today I noticed that the application status changed to submitted again.. thats the only update so far :(

Even I didnt receive any confirmation - its been over 2 months now.. all we can do is wait and pray!

Ya - they send a document which included instructions to either email or mail the document. It said specifically not to upload it to portal.

Did anyone get the email from IRCC for form 5476 being old? I used the latest form at that time (07-2021) but it seems they updated it in 11-2021 just as I was submitting the application. The email says to send the new document by email but they have also returned the application on the portal...

You have to get the photo printed.. yes

You ll have to get a printed copy from the photographer and then scan the backside... IRCC says that photo must be taken by a professional photographer.. Just contact the studio and have them take a picture of back of the printed photo with all the required info
