My study permit was rejected in 2012 thrice after my 10th . I am planning to apply for visa again as I have completed my 12 th . Reason for rejection was that course not related to previous studies . I got 7.2 cgp in10th , 60 % in 12th non med . Ielts 7.5 . Should I apply for visa ???

the reason : your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of :your qualifications ,previous studies, employment , level of establishment , language abilites or your future prospects or plans . i did not give the ielts exam back then and i have my brother also studying in canada
