We submitted our passports in person at the embassy in Abu Dhabi. Returned by Aramex which cost 40dhs. VFS is an unnecessary expense. Aramex charges aed 150/- per passport to deliver plus courrier charges to drop and return. Passports were returned in 16 days (October). Hope this helps.

Yes i did because i was also asked for original PCC. And the email specifically mentioned to send to the address below (chc London).

I live and work in UAE. Did not send PCC with application. I was asked for PCC with RPRF and med request.

I did medicals on 27th august. Got decision made (without medicals received line) on 18th September and passport request on 22nd September.
