What documents are they asking for. If it included the appendix A then you should be able to download it. Have you tried moving out the mail from the spam folder and opening it once again?

Hi shyder, yup pwede mo syang ifollow up through mail. The embassy would tell you the status. Baka pala napadala na sa courier and di lang nakarating sayo. On my case nung nag aapply ako for fswp. Dhl dagupan informed me na ready for pick na ung passport ko.
