Just call the helpline and find out if it is there or not. Once I checked my status online and it said dispatched, I called VFS helpline and told me that if the status has changed to dispatch, then they have it and is ready to be collected. Hope that helps.

Hey, don't worry. if you have done your medicals and submitted your passport, you are bound to get the visa :) I hope you have received it by now? they usually take a month after getting the passport.

That's weird. My sister's was different. She got the approval by email and passport status was still under process. The passport was dispatched the following day, but she did not get any email about that, just found out through VFS tracking. I guess it is different from country to country.
