Everything on that page became law. And yes, some are in effect and some are not yet. And those are not are change of residence requirement and eliminating time spent before PR. So you can apply with old rule until June 19, 2015. You need to call CIC if you want to make yourself clear.

Yes, "Time spent before PR" part was stripped too, but it will be effective as of June 19, 2015 along with the residence requirement change (from 3/4 years to 4/6).

I called the CIC one more time just minutes ago. This time it was a different agent. She said the effective date is going to be June 19th, 2015. That's she knows about it so far.

FYI guys, I called the CIC today and the agent said effective date is June 19th, Next year. Just 1 year after the Royal Assent. He said it is a confirmed date and sent me the CIC issued statement from June 19, 2014 which we already read a few months ago.

Interesting. So how frequent is frequent? I travelled three times only - 22, 169, 14 days each-. Is that something I should be ready for it?

Are people who got RQ mostly frequent the United States visitors???? As I read many threads about RQ, those who received RQ here have travelled quite a lot especially to the USA. So obviously on their passports, there are many stamps and some of them are missing if it's their concern.
