It is positive . If they have some doubt they will ask for clarification via email with the time limit of 30 days . And if they are still not convinced they can close file with negative decision . As in your case everything looks like in a order . Just check your spam mail as even I got PPR...

I am not sure , but I do guess it's a bad idea to get married after visa and assume cic will add your spouse in PR file , which already shows decision made. So do confirm before intimating cic or getting married now . All the best
