I don't know what "ecas" is. It seems it's online service,I think. I don't know but I just phoned to phone no.(888)2422100 and I spoke to a lady. She asked me my info such as date of birth and so on, and told me that start date of processing of my file was 17 July and they finished processing...

I landed on 28 June in Pearson Airport Toronto. I called CIC,They said: Process on my file began on 17 July, and My PR card Mailed on 7 Augest. but I haven't received it yet. Does anybody knows that what kind of mail they mail PR cards with?

I landed on 27 June and I'm waiting for my PR Card. I hope to receive it these days, according to the new processing time 21 days. :) Am I very optimist?
