Thanks Skhan, but what does this sentence mean, quoted from CIC instructions guide: "It is sufficient to submit one official education document per calendar year of schooling during the relevant four (4) year period".

The biographical page is the the first page of the passport that has your photo, personal details, date of issue, expiry and that the immigration officer usually scans in the airport. No need to photocopy the US visa or to translate the stamps unless you are specifically asked to do so.
